My Sujoods does not run a developer-controlled backend for user prayer content.

Prayer logs, qada data, fasting progress, location settings, and app preferences remain within the user's Apple environment. When iCloud is enabled, that content syncs through the user's private iCloud / CloudKit account so it can appear across the user's devices.

My Sujoods uses Apple system services for:

  • precise location, to calculate prayer times and qibla
  • manual city search through Apple MapKit
  • local notifications and reminder scheduling
  • iCloud / CloudKit sync

We do not use third-party advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or cross-app tracking. We do not sell user data.

We may receive limited Apple-provided technical metadata, such as crash logs or performance diagnostics, through Apple's developer tools.

User content remains available until the user changes or deletes it in the app, disables iCloud for the app, or removes the app data from Apple account or device settings. Location and notification permissions can be changed at any time in Apple device settings.

In the current version of My Sujoods, the app relies on Apple platform services described above. If we ever use another service provider to operate the app, it will be only as needed to run the service and under privacy protections no less protective than this policy.

If this policy changes, we will update the date above. For privacy questions, use the support contact or support URL listed for My Sujoods.
